I thought it might be interesting to have a page featuring favorite Latin musical artists. Until about two days ago, I had never seen the artists on video (except Selena re-enacted). Then, I got the idea to search on “YouTube” for some of the artists I have been listening to on CDs during my commute to work. I started by searching for Laura Flores, my very, very favorite ; . . .

I realize I am probably out of date when it comes to Latin artists and undoubtedly limited in scope. I used to play cornet/trumpet and do like instrumental pieces that feature trumpets. I have noticed that some artist feature trumpets fairly prominently in their work. Selena is next, and it is, of course, a great tragedy that her life was taken.
